Premiere Property Care operates under a monthly service contract significantly less expensive than the commissioned based management company, and because of our in-house philosophy, our personalized edge makes homeowners secure – knowing their property is well taken care of… at all times.
As fellow local vacation rental property owners, the owners of we know first hand how important it is to have someone to be your "eyes and ears". Our services not only protect your investment, but the benefits can be passed on to your guests to enhance their vacation. A happy guest is more likely to return in the future, which in turn benefits you.
Having your property setup as a vacation rental is more than just posting it online and accepting payments. There needs to be hands on almost everyday to know the property is ready for the next guest.

We offer monthly packages to make sure your rental home stays in top shape for the rental season. We can also guide you on home renovations, decorating services, and other home services, as needed.

What is Premiere Property Care?Premiere Property Care is a high touch, professional concierge service that helps maximize the unlimited potential of your vacation rental home. We handle everything that you may need and treat your rental home as if it were our own home. We understand that self managing from afar might be your only option. Premiere Property Care is the “local you.” Our concierge services are designed for long-distance vacation and/or second home property owners who are self-managing or utilizing a property management company. We keep a close eye on your rental home and serves as your one-stop representative while you’re away. Premiere Property Care provides the same services as the larger property management companies in the area at a fraction of the cost - you retain your profits.

What do our services include?Serve as the loyal “you” Cleaning services, including a quality inspection upon completion of home cleaning – see section below Home Watch - watch your home as if it were ours, for your peace of mind -On call for you, the owner, when you need someone -Visit home every 7 to 10 days when vacant (at least 2 times per month); turn days when required to ensure property is protected Water and gas leak inspection Regular site inspections and general diagnostic checks of property Significant issues will be reported to homeowner, homeowner’s association, or site property management Monthly air filter changeout and pour apple cider vinegar down condensate drain line to reduce backup (cost of filter applies, no charge to replace filters monthly) o Light bulb replacement, as required (cost of bulbs applies, no charge to replace) o Battery change in remotes, keyless locks, etc. (cost of batteries applies, no cost to replace) Routine maintenance coordination (additional trip charge may apply) A detailed checklist will be provided under separate cover - Additional Service Offerings (trip or service fee apply) House guest issues (trip or service fee apply) o Coordination of any emergency and/or necessary repairs (repair costs will be discussed with owners for approval prior to completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance - additional fees apply) Hurry up and wait services Monitoring of vendors, such as furniture deliveries, repair and utility workers, cable installers, pest control and others (additional trip charge applies, extended periods, greater than 1-hour, may fall under project management services) o Storm Protection Security of all outdoor furniture (trip and labor charge apply) Security of all windows and doors – ensure everything is locked up (trip charge applies) - Pre-check-in diagnostics to ensure the following items are in working order: TVs, Internet, Wi-Fi - Ensure trash bins are placed at curb and returned to storage location on the appropriate pickup days (trip charge applies).
